I had my heart set on this ball because I was nostalgic for my younger days playing in a church league that used a leather Rawlings, if memory serves. I got the ball one month ago. I dont have a car so once or twice a week I would walk 4 miles to the closest Walmart to try to buy a basketball pump. No luck until a few days ago when I bought a pump and found out that the ball has a leak. I called customer service and still haven't heard back from them. I called them 24 hours later and they said they would refund my money and the 800 rep said they might be able also to give me the name of the product that they use for leakey valves. I'm now a fan.
