Dolfin Life Ring Buoys are rotomolded for strength with a polyethylene shell and filled with closed cellular foam for long life under extreme marine conditions. All Dolfin Ring Buoys are approved by either the U.S. Coast Guard or the Canadian Department of Transport and conform to all standards up to and including S.O.L.A.S.. Buoys are rigorously tested by the underwriters laboratories in both the U.S. and Canada. The ring bodies are warranted for 7 years under all climactic conditions and are resistant to fire, oil and gas. Their hard shell prevents tearing or ripping and are virtually vandal proof.
